African Based Consultants for Development [ABCD] P.L.C. is a Management Consultancy and Training company rendering a one-stop business support service to different sectors. The services were initially rendered as Sole Proprietorship since August 2009 and as one part of business development it turned to Private Limited Company since July 2011.
 
The founder and Managing Director of ABCD PLC, Mr. Hailu Alemu, has a 22 years all rounded business leadership exposure in one of the leading American Multinational fuel company–ExxonMobil (13yrs) NGO-CCRDA (1yr) Government Organization (5yrs) and 3 years Private Sector experience.  His very wide practical experience endowed him to succeed in Management Consultancy and Training.  Mr. Hailu is certified Management Consultant and trainer of International Trade Center [ITC] on Supply Chain Management.
 
ABCD PLC has multidisciplinary full time and part time staffs.
