Last week we were having amazing opportunity during facilitating training on “Conflict Management” to Bank of Abyssinia Senior Leadership. The participation, experience shared, and different idea raised was amazing.
Now a days as a leader in our day-to-day business leadership, our world needs “Conflict Management” capacity rather than “Conflict Rejection”. Properly managed conflict benefits to enhance creativity, synergy, problem solving capacity, and many other benefits on top of challenging the status quo.
Hope our training will benefit the leadership in enabling appropriate types and levels of conflict management strategy back to office.
